CPS has not presented a case against me regarding my son although another case was presented based on that which they never proved.
The judge on the second case did not adjudicate on what the CPS originally used in petition III, which was based on the first case, which was just set aside.
Now it has been over two years and they cannot go back that far. And the rules of court say these things have to be resolved within a year. The stuff they were ''' concerned about ha no relevant link to reality '''... I never go to say anything in court in my custody trial, and was prevented, by Judge Horner.
